I offer 1-Hour Creative Spark Sessions where we simply chat and I offer intuitive guidance to help you release any blocks stopping you from setting yourself on fire! Whether you're an artist, writer, sculpture, painter, designer, etc., you are more than welcome to chat. If you are new to the creative process and looking for guidance, you are also welcome! We may go into some healing practices to help you release stagnant energy stopping you from stepping into your creative genius.

As an artist you are essentially a channel for spiritual energy to pour through. When we enter the creative zone are become fully present, something miraculous happens. Our entire energetic field shifts. Suddenly, we are so much more than a collection of thoughts. We unite with the sacred and are able to then channel that into this world. Every time we enter into the flow state, we are forever changed. We don't heal by thinking our way out of pain. The act of creation is a powerful tool for inner growth and it makes you feel GOOD! By entering deeply into our own consciousness, we often experience a release of trauma we didn't even know was inside us.
